THE HAPPINESS

Dan Gilbert tell us our beliefs about what will make us happy are often wrong. A premise he supports with intriguing research, and explains in his accesible and unexpectelly funny book
We can get to differents types of happiness:
- The synthetic happiness, that is when you don't get your objetives, but you find something else that please you, for example: You study for be a teacher but at the end, you are doctor.
- The real happiness, it's when you get your objetives thanks to your effort, for example: to pass a maths exam.
Another example of happiness that Dan Gilbert explains it's the diference between a person who wins de lottery and a paraplegic person after a month since pass the accion. They feel the same grade of happiness.
For example, in the case of the person who win the lotery, he will be sad and worry with his/her money, because someone can still he/she, or he/she can lose his/her money.
And a paraplegic person for example, now, he can discover things that he/she really like, and before the accident, he/she didn't see. Or maybe he/she can spend more time with their family, friends, and be more happy.
